Purpose of Role:


Objectives of Role:


  • Oversee the AGGPSA operating model, encompassing processes, systems, and job architecture.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and HR business partner to promote a positive organisational culture.
  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives aligned with the company's overarching goals.
  • Champion initiatives that foster longterm operational excellence.
  • Lead operational planning and support the head of finance in the budgeting process.
  • Define, manage, and report on operational performance metrics to achieve targets and reduce costs and errors.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting and governance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and continually enhance organizational processes and systems.
  • Manage the organisation's workforce planning framework in partnership with HR to optimise talent initiatives.
  • Oversee IT architecture to ensure effective IT operations.
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams to promote knowledge sharing and crossfunctional learning.
  • Maintain open communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure integrated operations.
  • Ensure operational activities adhere to defined timelines and budgets.

Experience and Qualifications:


Minimum Qualification:


  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership role within operations management.
  • Experienced in leading Project and Change Management initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Strong expertise in budget development and management.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and conducting Process Modeling.
