A corporate canteen company is looking for Catering and Project Managers for Gauteng region.Requirements:
- Tertiary Hospitality management education or 5 years' experience in corporate catering management
- Windows/ MS Office proficient
- Knowledge of point of sales systems.
- Own reliable transport and a willingness to travel through the Gauteng area.
- High level Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands brands and brand awarenes
Responsibilities:
People Management
- Train and motivate staff and a willingness to improve skills and job proficiency at site level.
- Manage customer interaction
Financial
- Set monitor and manage site budgets
- Maintain stock control measures
- Manage food costs and Gross Profits
- Manage banking
- Manage invoice capturing
- Monitor client billing
- Oversee site administration
Operational Management
- Ensure a smooth day to day running of the stores in the assigned area
- Improve customer service and customer care (people skills)
- Ensure that the area adheres to the brand standards as well as the Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure sites adhere H&S, Food Hygiene and other statutory requirements
- Food quality at sites
- Problem solving at site
- Maintain Brand standards
