    Exciting Opportunity for a Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist

    Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a dynamic Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist to join a globally renowned luxury brand based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

    Are you passionate about creating unique, tailor-made group itineraries and providing world-class service to clients? If you've got a flair for designing unforgettable travel experiences, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Crafting creative, outofthebox itineraries for leisure groups (bonus points for incentivespecific experience).
    • Managing group bookings from quote to finalisation, ensuring budgets and expectations are met.
    • Proactively selling the best products and services to meet the specific needs of each group.
    • Coordinating and communicating seamlessly with agents, guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
    • Upholding &Beyond's values: Care of the people, care of the land, care of the wildlife.
    • Occasionally travelling with groups or conducting site inspections with agents/guests.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in touring groups, with a strong understanding of group policies.
    • Expertise in Tourplan or a similar booking system.
    • Indepth geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya (additional knowledge of Namibia, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique is a bonus).
    • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
    • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
