Job description
We are looking for an Admin Clerk to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties of the Admin Clerk include providing support to our Credit Controllers & Key Account Managers, assisting in daily office needs such as accurate data capturing & following up on outstanding accounts.
Responsibilities
General office administration
Management of patient accounts, including invoicing and receipting
Requirements:
FET College Diploma (Financial management, Finance or Accounting) with relevant administrative experience as a prerequisite.
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude
Medical accounts background will prove advantageous
Attention to detail is crucial
Well acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, screening protocol for all staff and visitors, etc.
