Job Overview

1. We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our Relationship Manager and Provincial Head in preparing credit submission documents for Credit Committees.
2. This role requires strong collaboration with team members in the Provincial Office and Credit Analysts in the Risk Management Division to develop business cases for loan applications.
3. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and deal structuring.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret various aspects of loan applications, including:

1. The business case: evaluating the viability and potential return on investment.
2. Financial statements: assessing cash flow projections, income statements, and balance sheets.
3. Risk considerations and mitigation strategies.
4. Security and collateral assessment.
5. Development, social, and environmental impact evaluation.
