Description

Duties will include:

  • Managing the factory shop till for walkin customers
  • Invoicing of orders
  • Calling and doing follow up of orders (telesales)
  • Answering the phone
  • Data entry of production sheets
  • Use of excel for other data entry duties
  • Record keeping of certain items
  • Placing orders (including tracking and follow up) of raw materials and other items on behalf of purchasing manager
  • Compiling weekly payroll
  • Any other tasks as required by management
*Inhouse training will be given on certain functions specific to the company


Salary:
R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
