Senior Production Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take a senior role in assembly, testing, design, development, implementation and verification of systems, subsystems, testers and associated software, hardware and algorithms associated with the employer's products and services.
• Contribute towards the outputs for specific projects, including all design, documentation and verification artefacts.
• Maintain company processes and systems in line with ISO 9001, AS 9100 and other quality, production and development standards.
• Manage stores and stock in alignment with AS9100 standards, ensuring all materials and components are organized, safely stored and properly accounted for.
• Conduct incoming inspections of components to verify quality, quantity, authenticity and ensure each part is precisely documented within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to perform formal quality inspections on electronic and mechanical components, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards and product specifications.
• Play a role in the generation of outputs for projects, including design, testing, documentation, production and verification artefacts.
• Implement S-PLANE system engineering processes, plans and policies as applicable to a specific project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications: B-Tech Degree / Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Required Skills and Experience: 4-5 years of relevant industry experience and familiarity with Electronic components, PCBs and Soldering.
• Recommended Skills and Experience: Electronic production, Electromechanical integration, Electronic testing, Integration testing, Product qualification and stress testing, and Production procurement.
• General Skills: Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quickly, ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projects, ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and high standard of communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
