    Description

    Leadership and guidance are required for the dispatch team.

    The inventory, truck deliveries, and communication with clients and contractors must be overseen.

    Prioritize work, resolve dispatching errors, and provide flexible support to meet deadlines for loading and despatching of products, as well as yard housekeeping.

    Supervise subordinates regarding punctuality, discipline, housekeeping, and adherence to safety regulations.

    Responsibilities include designating bins for products after sorting, ensuring bricks are correctly classified, and maintaining supply / demand for availability.

    Perform all physical stock counts and provide stock verifications to the Factory Manager.

    Operate according to ISO standards.

    Record daily sales against production.

    Ensure outstanding waybills are accounted for.

    Maintain efficient customer order despatch in accordance with Company Administrative and Procedural Requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • Tertiary production, technical or related qualification preferred
    • Brick making knowledge
    • Quality awareness
    • Computer literacy (JD Edwards system advantageous)
    • Proficiency in English language
    • Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence
