    Job title: Instructional Designer

    Description

    **About the Role**

    We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our Education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality lessons, activities, and curriculums for our clients.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Develop innovative, impactful content for students, including lesson plans and instructional materials for teachers.
    • Integrate constructivist and project-based learning pedagogies into design.
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather and apply specialized knowledge.
    • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible educational content.

    **Working Closely with Clients:**

    • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Ensure deliverables meet project goals by incorporating client feedback into designs.

    **Requirements and Qualifications:**

    • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development for K-12 students.
    • Experience with STEM, CTE, and career education curriculum writing or teaching.
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
