Your Next Career Opportunity - IT, Network and Business Application Support Specialist

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities

Analyze management needs regarding the use of integrated data processing equipment or operations and processes.
Investigate, plan, implement, test, and debug operating system software.
Provide instruction and training to users and other employees on daytoday procedures.
Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and security.
Performs problem resolution and provides oncall support for computer/network systems.
Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
Coordinate onsite project activities between vendors and staff and between staff members as required by the project manager.
Compile test cases.
Maintains a broad knowledge of stateoftheart technology, equipment, and/or systems.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements

Bilingual in English/Afrikaans required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;

- or 5+ years of information technology working experience. and

Process and systems functional knowledge in the functional areas listed above: o Asset and Inventory Management o NOCC Monitoring o Maintenance and Ops Management that includes the mobile solution
Business Process and Data Mapping
Domestic Travel 10% of the time travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities.
Valid Government Issued Driver's License
