    We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Specialist to join our team at MMI Holdings Ltd.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees and clients. As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by developing and implementing effective training programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver learning events, interventions, and programs aligned to business and learning needs;
    • Take ownership for end-to-end learning experience to provide a positive learning environment;
    • Provide feedback to stakeholders on content, implementation, uptake, and landing of learning events;
    • Engage with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date with changes in the industry;
    • Adapt facilitation approach to meet various learning styles;
    • Communicate logistics and requirements to coordinators to ensure smooth delivery;
    • Gather evaluation and feedback on learning interventions;

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A degree or equivalent qualification in Learning and Development or a related field;
    • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport;
    • OD-ETDP level 5 certification;
    • 3-5 years of learning facilitation experience (advantageous);
    • Exposure to the insurance or financial services environment (preferred).

    What We Offer

    In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary of R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
