    Support Advisor

    beBee Professionals is looking for a Support Advisor to join our team in Witbank.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. They should be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Document customer interactions and resolutions
    • Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team
    • Maintain customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
    • Ability to work independently
