- 3 or more years experience in retail and wholesale pump industry
- Willing to travel across SA including Export markets for technical and commercial support activities.
- Get to know the companies range of products and its applications
- Assist with production requirements from time to time
- Product Support: Assisting with product knowledge & technical support to existing & new clients either via email, telephonic, social media, walks in etc
- After Sales Support: Support on demand-based requirements like commissioning on breakdowns in SA.
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment in house and during field visits. Managing on-site installations, repair, maintenance, and testing.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the route cause analysis and proposing possible solutions,
- Perform and / or assist in project assignments, reports, and processing / maintenance of all required paperwork.
