    Responsibilities:
    • Answering calls

    • Develop and maintain information flow to and from customers
    • Gain indepth knowledge of customers business needs
    • Develop positive relationships with customers
    • Constant liaison with production and distribution
    • Create quotes and invoices

    Requirements:
    • Matric
    • Knowledge of Pastel preferred
    • At least 2 years proven sales experience
    • Computer literate: Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Good communication
    • Positive attitude
    • Good organisational skills
