      • Direct training and promote security awareness among employees.
      • Conduct regular information risk assessments and system security reviews.
      • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Cyber-Security Plan.
      • Develop and enforce security standards and best practices.
      • Implement ICT security audit recommendations.
    • Financial Management
      • Manage budgets for infrastructure and service delivery.
    • Governance and Compliance
      • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
    • Security
      • Control access to confidential information through unique identification codes and user rights authorizations.
      • Implement secure storage and disposal procedures for sensitive data.
      • Manage personnel security through need-to-know principles and confidentiality agreements.
      • Maintain physical security through access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
      • Implement Disaster Recovery Plan and ICT policy framework.
      • Recommend security enhancements to IT management.
      • Implement system security measures for data backups and restorations.
      • Install and utilize security tools to protect sensitive information.
      • Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate incidents.
      • Recover system data in case of equipment failure or system crashes.
      • Control network resource access through multiple security levels.

    Desired Qualifications and Experience

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT (Non-negotiable).
    • Certificates in Security (CASP+, CISSP, OSCP, CISM) - Non-negotiable.

    Additional Requirements:

    • 5 years of experience in desktop support, server support, business systems, security, procurement processes, and project management.
    • Financial services background experience.
    • Ability to work full-time on-site in an office-based position.
    • Experience working in a system development environment with on-premise and off-premise experience.
