Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at {company}. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and driving sales excellence.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of contact centre agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and performance metrics, as well as HR disciplinary management and conflict resolution. They will also have the ability to build frameworks and adhere to required processes, sales and service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contact centre performance B2C / B2B inbound and B2C outbound programs
• Assess contact centre capabilities to reach sales conversion rate / revenues objectives and deliver required customer experience
• Drive sales and operation excellence initiatives
• Mitigate risk through performance management

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a team leader role in a call centre environment (more than 50 seats)
• Experience in quality assurance and performance metrics
