Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist Team Leader located in Johannesburg, responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer support.


Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to Maintain the following.

  • Ticket Management
  • User Account Management
  • Remote Access and Mobile Devices
  • Documentation and Knowledge Base
  • User Training and Education
  • Experience Leading and Managing a Team of specialist

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer Support skills
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary:
Up to R40 000,00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)

Salary:
R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
