    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SHEQ Manager with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining quality management systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in drafting quality control plans, and have experience in conducting site inspections and audits.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
    2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement;
    3. Draft and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation;
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues;
    5. Investigate customer complaints and supplier non-conformances;
    6. Compile and analyze quality metrics to inform business decisions;
    7. Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities and communicate results to stakeholders;

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance);
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role;
    • NACE Level 2 certification (essential);
    • South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) registration;
    • SHE qualifications;
    • Implementation, maintenance, and auditing of ISO9001:2015 QMS and ISO45001:2015 OHSMS;

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary range of R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, provident fund, and paid leave.
