    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Visual Designer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Durban. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating captivating book cover illustrations that accurately represent the content and essence of each book.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, excellent creative skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.

    Our requirements for this position include:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in book cover illustration.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

    In terms of compensation, we estimate a salary range of R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Durban.
