    Associate Director Operations (Data Analyst)

    PharmaReview, an IQVIA business, is seeking a data-driven individual to help scale our operations.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Oversight of the end-to-end medical copy review service chain from an operational perspective to ensure optimal resource utilization.
    • Responsibility for a diverse range of projects spanning analysis and modeling, process optimization and change management, day-to-day maintenance, and optimization of our current operational Business System Kantata.
    • Scouting out inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve operations and best support customers.
    • Championing and defining operational KPIs and creating ad hoc insight reports to drill down into specific areas of the business.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Partnering with leadership on critical organizational and operational projects to improve customer centricity, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
    • Built relationships within the wider IQVIA organization to ensure smooth collaboration and tight cross-functional alignment.
    • Supporting New Business Development opportunities by finalizing resource requirements and hiring timeframes.
    • Leading end-to-end projects from scoping to execution by gathering and synthesizing data, process design, developing final recommendations, and final roll-out.
    • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of business performance to extract key insights, metrics, and trends.

    Qualifications

    • Degree required.
    • Master's in business management preferred.
    • Life Science Industry experience preferred.
    • 5-10 years operational experience, preferably in agency operations.
    • Demonstratable data analyst experience to inform business recommendations and process enhancements.
    • Proven track record in operational leadership and team management.
