Hospitality Finance Management Lecturer

The International Hotel School Online Campus seeks a Finance Specialist Lecturer with Hospitality Management experience to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Assessment

Deliver high-quality lectures on hospitality finance management
Develop and assess coursework, ensuring curriculum alignment

Student Support and Engagement

Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting student throughput and pass rates
Encourage student participation, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Lecturing Experience and Expertise

A minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience in hospitality finance
A minimum of 2 years' lecturing/teaching experience, demonstrating strong administrative ability

Qualifications and Skills

NQF Level 8 or higher in Hospitality or Finance qualification is essential
Proficient in related computer software, with strong curriculum and assessment knowledge
