Qualification
- B Tech Degree or Bachelor's Degree in facilities management, property, management, engineering, business studies, finance or equivalent.
- Professional registration will be an added advantage SAFMA, IFMA, etc.
Experience
- 8 to 10 Years' experience in Facilities management
- 3 to 5 years senior management experience would be an added advantage.
- Developing, maintaining and coordinating effective delivery of infrastructure and asset management services
- Overall management of the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of facilities management service delivery to the organization.
- Engage directly with business leaders to design, prioritise and deliver an infrastructure which provides all required asset data at any given time during or after its life cycle,Develop and implement asset and infrastructure risk treatment plans in accordance with identified risks
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 60 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
