    • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing customer base, and increase revenue growth.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and recruit top talent to meet business needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
    • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the hiring process.

    Requirements

    • Education: Matric and a relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field is advantageous.
    • Experience: 4 years of working experience in sales, preferably in labor relations or a related field.
    • Track Record: Proven track record in meeting sales targets and client acquisition.
    • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, bilingual in Afrikaans and English, and a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
