    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Analyze data and run reports to optimize logistics operations and inform strategic decisions.
    • Manage inbound shipments and update estimated time of arrival (ETA) for effective planning and communication.
    • Assist with import receiving and documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND NEGOTIATE PRICING TO ENHANCE OUR PROCUREMENT EFFICIENCIES.
    • Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with providers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
    • Maintain accurate inventory management and stock control, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
    • Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.
    • Participate in mandatory stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Buying.
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement/logistics, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • A valid driver's license is required.
