    Responsibilities

    • Provide top-notch customer support to hoteliers via email, phone, online forums, and other communication channels.
    • Assess queries and escalate them to internal teams when necessary.
    • Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the Implementations Team to ensure seamless transitions of client accounts to support.

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Fluent Dutch language proficiency.
    • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
