    Description

    **Digital Strategy Leader**

    Drive the execution of AECI's global digital strategy, aligning with business strategic priorities and imperatives.

    The Head of Digital will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost website traffic, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop a comprehensive digital strategy that supports business objectives.
    2. Oversight and leadership for technological solution analysis, implementation, and testing.
    3. Identify business needs and technological weaknesses to inform decision-making.
    4. Analyze and assess technological practices and procedures to support global technology requirements.
    5. Serve as project SME or lead implementation specialist for digital initiatives across the business.
    6. Maintain effective working relationships with project managers to ensure quality project deliverables.
    7. Oversee project tracking and adherence to project management processes.
    8. Establish metrics to track progress and identify course corrections for consistent delivery.
    9. Lead IT system design and network architecture to ensure optimal functionality.
    10. Promote end-to-end innovation and technical expertise across product portfolios.
    11. Monitor and measure digital initiative success.
    12. Prepare IT reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
    13. Manage IT reporting, projections, and analysis to support financial and operational objectives.
    14. Collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams to support technological platform implementation and sustainability.
    15. Advise senior executives throughout the technological consultation process.
