    Business Development Strategy

    The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER will lead exponential growth of the company's business-to-business strategy via distribution channel customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Distributor Management: Manage and develop distributors to improve revenue growth, operations, capability, and joint business partnering.
    • Design Sales Infrastructure: Create a future-fit distributor sales and support infrastructure with clear roles, responsibilities, recruitment, remuneration, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
    • Distributor Joint Business Planning: Implement Distributor Joint Business Planning (JBP) for mutual profitable growth.
    • Rewards and Recognition: Establish a rewards and recognition system with clear KPIs that motivates distributors and salesmen.
    • Contract Management: Design and manage distributor contracts, including communication and implementation.
    • Profitability Analysis: Understand cost structure, compute ROI, and use elements of ROI to achieve business objectives.
    • Distributor Management: Lead target setting and review, manage stock, market credit, and working capital, coverage planning and execution, delivery efficiency, invoicing accuracy.
    • Network Consolidation: Proactively identify and progress solutions to consolidate the distributor network, such as setting up a Master Distributor.
    • Pricing and Promotion: Input into and lead the flawless execution of pricing, promotion, activations, and product innovation in DT.
    • Training and Capability Development: Raise the bar on sales reps' capabilities through partnership.
    • Operational Systems: Overall accountability for back-end operational systems and processes.
