    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Scateck Recruitment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of business objectives.

    About the Role:

    • This is a contract position with the opportunity to work 3 days a week for the beginning.
    • The ideal candidate must have a degree and at least 10 years of experience in HR management.
    • Able to start as soon as possible would be an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in HR management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
