    Adjunct Faculty Services Coordinator

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Services Coordinator to manage administrative and operational processes related to part-time academic staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, contracts, and qualifications are collected and managed.
    2. Claims Management: Process claims efficiently, verify submissions, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely payments.
    3. Communication: Serve as the liaison between staff and the institution, addressing any administrative queries or concerns.
    4. Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with legal and institutional policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
    2. At least 3 years of experience in academic administration or similar roles.
    3. Familiarity with contract management and payroll processes.
    4. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills and Competencies:

    1. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    2. Proficient in MS Office and online management systems.
