System Professional, Nioxin, Sebastian, and OPI. We also distribute a range of other professional lifestyle and premium hair care brands.

You will be an essential part of our marketing team, where you will be learning, growing, and developing fast while adding value to the department.

Your experience in social media, marketing administration, public relations, and e-commerce is beneficial to this role. Your admin skills are impeccable, and you rise to the challenge of detail and spreadsheets. You are customer obsessed and communicate with flair and professionalism.


MARKETING ASSISTANT (Cape Town):

• Responsible for supporting the marketing department in its public relations, marketing, digital and administrative duties._

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Marketing administration: assisting with launches, events, market research, stock administration
• Public relations: assisting with media briefs / press releases / press drops, maintain influencers' database
• Digital administration: assist with monthly content planning, community management (Instagram, Facebook and Zendesk), updating website (G-Drive and WordPress), social media management (Sprout), online competitions
• E-Commerce administration: assist with partner website administration & online shop administration
• Assist in sales and general administration

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Strengths:

• Matric / Grade 12 completed, plus
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing / Public Relations / Digital Marketing
• At least 2 years' post qualification marketingrelated experience in the duties mentioned above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Digital marketing affinity, preferably some experience in google analytics and other digital tools
• Strong project management and coordination skills, strong numerical skills with good attention to detail
• High competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• A team player who shows initiative, creativity, and integrity
• Project management and copywriting skills would be beneficial
• A valid Code 8 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Location:
Head Office in Epping, Cape Town - hybrid working (part home / part office), with a possibility to work fully remotely


Remuneration:
Market related, according to experience
