    · We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT solutions and services, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Achieve and exceed annual sales target of R6 million by effectively selling our IT solutions and services to new and existing clients.
    2. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft 365 to articulate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential customers.
    3. Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
    4. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic business development initiatives.
    5. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
    6. Leverage your knowledge of leading anti-virus and firewall solutions to address client security concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
    7. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue by promoting additional products and offerings to existing clients.
    8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of desktop support SLAs to effectively communicate service level agreements to clients.
    9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
    10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


    Requirements

    • 3+ sales experience in IT
    • Sales Target R6m/annum
