Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Compiling of ad hoc reports to provide valuable insights to the team and management
* Submitting of monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
* Maintaining and growing the customer base through effective communication and relationship-building
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
* Following up on sales and quotes to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
* Meeting monthly targets and exceeding expectations to contribute to the team's success
Requirements:
* Good negotiation and influencing skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and motivate oneself to achieve goals and objectives
* Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create reports
* Intermediate Word and Outlook skills to create professional documents and manage email communications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
* Fluency in English and Afrikaans to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
* Own transport and cell phone required to perform job duties
