    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with exceptional academic achievements to contribute to driving sustainable financial growth. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in increasing sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and building strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote our products/services to meet or anticipate client needs.
    • Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
    • Develop and set goals for business growth and development, ensuring they are achieved.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.
    • Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to clients.
    • Create and implement a growth strategy focused on financial success and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
    • Reach out to potential clients to expand the network and schedule meetings (both domestic and international).
    • Explore new markets and enhance sales performance.
    • Develop and manage marketing initiatives.
    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated and expand networks.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 85% average in matric (Non-negotiable)

    Additional Information:

    • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours depending on workload and international time zones.
    • Market-related remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
    • Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
    • Must be open to international travel.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
    • Own reliable transport is required.
    • Preferred age range: 23-28 years old.
    • Bilingualism is preferred.
