Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, quality products, and exceptional service.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum performance.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the networking or IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Resultsoriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective account management.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:


  • 2 to 5 years' experience in account management or sales, preferably in the networking or IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Resultsoriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
