Mylandlord Properties is looking for highly motivated and experienced or eager to learn Property Professionals to join our Real Estate team.

• Canvassing and sourcing properties for sale and rentals
• Taking quality photographs of the homes and writing creative and inviting property descriptions.
• Listing properties for sale or rent
• Showing properties to potential buyers and tenants
• Negotiating offers.
• Building relationships with buyers and sellers
• Being up to date with property trends

• A presentable and professional character.
• Selfmanagement and good organisation skills
• A reliable car and valid driver's licence
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• A good laptop, data, talk minutes and smartphone.

Prior experience preferred but however those that are keen to learn and grow in the industry are welcome to apply.
