An exciting opportunity has become available for a Procurement Officer at at a national catering company based at the head office in Craighall, Gauteng.

The incumbent is required to support the business though cost effective procurement service whilst maintaining required quality and service standards.

Reporting to Assistant Procurement Manager


Main responsibilities:
Sourcing and Appointment of Suppliers

Monitoring of Supplier Performance

Coordination of Supplier Promotions and Specials

Help Desk and Unit Support

Research and Development

Adhoc relating to departmental needs

Role Requirements:
Grade 12

3 years experience in similar role (Catering/Hospitality)

Diploma in Supply Chain will be advantageous


Salary:
R28, R35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Craighall, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
