    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to lead our Interior Design and Assembly Design team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for meeting the design requirements for new models, upgrading and improving existing models, and ensuring Design-for-assembly best practices.

    About the Role:

    • Leverage your experience in mechanical design to drive innovation and excellence in our product development process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct tests, develop cost models, and manage the Engineering Change Request system for your department.
    • Supervise and mentor a team of designers/design engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechanical design.
    • Proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
    • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
