- BCOM (Hons) or a completed CIMA degree
- 3-5 years Management Accounting (experience in Financial Accounting, forecasting and budgeting, analysis, business and financial acumen)

Management Accountant
The efficient and accurate reporting of financial information within stringent deadlines.
Budgets and Forecasting
Preparation of the divisional budget and strategy fordifferent departments in order for departments to forecast their spend for theupcoming financial year.
Reporting and Analysis
Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports tothe finance team and wider Divisional teams to report on actual performance andvariance to budget.
Produce quarterly Store Performance Booklets fordistribution to the Operations Managers to report on YTD performance andidentify areas where focus is required.
Operations
Manage the company car lease agreements for Head Office andOperations staff.
Manage the non-comp/comp reporting and space analysisschedules for feedback to the wider Divisional teams, where required.
Set-up of the daily sales targets by store.
Query Handling
Assist with investigating internal queries onfinancial reporting and disclosure packs/budgets to ensure queries are resolvedtimeously.
