Job Summary:
As a Project manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more client projects (TV show, Series, Animation).
The role requires a hands-on - high energy individual that has strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to empathize with and respond to client' needs, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, particularly with our production teams to maintain and improve on client satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
What will be expected of you as a Project Manager at Content Lab:
Project Discussion: Join in on Operations meetings, collaborating with the Sales & Accounts department to thoroughly understand project requirements, objectives, and client expectations.
Disseminating Project Details: Communicating project details, goals, and timelines effectively to the dubbing/production teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.

Project Coordination: Overseeing the seamless execution of projects, coordinating various teams and departments involvement in the dubbing process.

Project Tracking: Monitoring project progress and ensuring that timelines are met, making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.

Budget Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and collaborating with Finance to ensure project costs remain within budget.

Production Plan Oversight: Ensuring that the production plan aligns with project requirements and that the necessary resources are available.

Resource Needs: Communicating resource needs to the Operations Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels and allocation of talent.

Delivery Management: Coordinating final deliveries to clients, ensuring that all components are complete and meet the required quality standards.

Project Post Mortem: Conducting post-project assessments to evaluate successes, challenges, and areas of improvement, contributing to the ongoing refinement of project processes.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
What you'll bring:
- Atleast 3 years proven experience in project management/coordination, preferably in the entertainment/dubbing/TV industry
- Project management experience in the dubbing/language/localization industry is a strong plus.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management
- Knowledge of technologies and interest in continuously learning new ones
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong team player in a multicultural environment.
- Active PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, PowerPoint)
- Perseverance, proactivity, sociability, stress resistance;
- Positive mindset and cando attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- English and Afrikaans comprehension, any additional languages is a bonus
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree required
Position is fully office based:
We are located in Airport Industria
Office hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Fridays)
