    We are seeking a motivated sales leader to support and guide our sales team.

    • This role involves managing, motivating, and training a team of sales representatives to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching and influencing skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change quickly.
    • Leadership skills, strong communication skills, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

    Sales Lead Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
    • Motivate and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
    • Evaluate sales performance and address issues when necessary.
    • Provide coaching and support to sales team members.

    Sales Lead Requirements:

    • A short-term insurance qualification.
    • RE compliance.
    • A minimum of 12 months' work experience in sales.
    • Management skills, leadership skills, motivational skills, strong communication skills, multitasking, and customer service skills.

    Qualifications:

    • A disciplined, persistent, and accountable approach to work.
    • The ability to work well with others.
