    What will you do?To be responsible for creating and maintaining new business and maintenance forms and updating all compliance, business rules and legislative changes on multiple documents including but not limited to product terms and conditions, policy documents, process guides, brochures, etc.

    The role is also responsible for composing and distributing approved communications to internal staff, adviser support staff, financial advisers and clients; and maintaining client contact details.

    Key Outcomes
    The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Communications Specialist:
    Communications Management
    Assist with compiling the month end reportPrepare and arrange for distribution of business-as-usual communication to internal and external partiesMaintain and update communication templates used for internal and external communication Compile and prepare data extracts for communicationMaintain archive records of all communication distributedMaintain and upload website contentBriefing Studio on all design work requiredLogging IT calls on behalf of the communications teamMaintain, update and store Terms & ConditionsMaintain, update and store BrochuresMaintain, update and store the communication teams Process GuidesMaintain results of delivery reports from mailing campaignsAssist in campaigns to convert clients from post to email, among other data collection campaigns as required/requestedAssist in ad-hoc communication related projectsForms Management
    Make changes to all forms when required/requested in line with compliance, legislation and changes to business process.
    Update Sharepoint with latest versions of all formsLog EAC MAT call for updated application formsCommunicate to all relevant parties when changes are madeReview all forms on an annual basis to ensure they are updated and compliantMaintain and keep an up-to-date forms registerFocus on meeting commitments, including communications with stakeholdersMaintain a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of form amendmentsWork with stakeholders to obtain sign off on documents Qualifications and Experience MatricRelevant industry related diploma or degreeMinimum 3 years working experience in communications or forms / document management roleLISP knowledge and experience is advantageousKnowledge of FICA, advantageousClient focusCultivates innovationDrive resultsProblem solvingTime managementAnalytical thinkingAttributes Honesty, integrity and respectOwnership and accountabilityAbility to co-operate and thrive both within an independent and team environmentSelf-starter with a growth mind-set
    What will make you successful in this role?Qualification and Experience Diploma with 3 to 4 years related experience.
