Job Title: Registered Nurse NICU Department

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with doctors and multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support to patients and their families.
• Supervise and lead a team of nurses in a specialized unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient records, conduct ward rounds, and contribute to the development of care plans.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Cur or Diploma in General Nursing.
• Previous experience in a private hospital environment is advantageous.
• NALS/PALS/BLS qualifications.
• ACLS/ATLS qualifications are desirable.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Neonatal Nursing Science.
