    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional service: Provide world-class support to driver partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Innovate and improve: Develop new initiatives to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of driver partners.
    • Time management: Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
    • Document review: Review and verify vehicle documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Problem-solving: Offer creative solutions to driver partners, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting driver partners.
    • Onboarding: Successfully onboard partner drivers, ensuring they have the necessary information and support.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Matric certification
    • Experience: At least 4-6 years of customer service experience, with exposure to international/global campaigns in e-commerce, e-hailing, or logistics
    • Linguistic proficiency: English as a first language
    • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions
    • Solution-driven: Focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
    • Energetic: High energy levels and a positive attitude
