Main Purpose Of Job


To be ultimately accountable for all day-to-day management decisions and for developing and implementing the MHR's long and short-term strategy and plans.


Key Responsibility Areas:


  • To provide strategic leadership to MHR
  • To drive business growth and development
  • To oversee the financial performance of MHR and payroll services
  • To oversee and manage general MHR operations
  • To manage MHR risks
  • To lead and supervise a team of managers

Required Education

Essential Education

  • 3year degree in Financial or Business Management

Desired Education

  • 3year degree in Financial or Business Management
  • Post Graduate in Financial or Business Management or MBA

Required Experience

Essential Minimum Experience

  • 5 years management experience
  • 3 years general management experience

Desired Experience

  • 5 years management experience
  • 3 years general management experience
  • Experience in Private Hospital Industry

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and determine strategic objectives and translate it into operational/ organisational goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Demonstrate competence in the operational and administrative processes of the payroll system
  • Display sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles
  • Demonstrates the ability to create a performance and learning culture
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of HR, payroll, financial and employee relations policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry
