We are looking for a Front Line HR Processor to serve as our customer's first point of contact and manage all aspects relating to Human Resources function.


As part of the People Shared Services that will provide excellent service and employee experience for over 30,000 employees the HR Frontline Processor will identify ,process and resolve employee queries, delivering a first class customer service experience by remaining committed to treating customers fairly and with integrity.

The scope of the work to be performed will be mainly Inbound Customer Service to internal and external customers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage online and inbound queries for internal and external customers
  • Inform customers about the process to be followed to resolve queries
  • Categorising queries with the necessary information
  • Respond to customers queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively engaging with customers through various channels and platforms e.g Whatsapp, Telephone etc
  • To provide efficient firsttime service completion of administration delivery while providing an allround
  • Superior service delivery experience and adhering to SLA's and quality standards
  • Process all relevant first line administration across HR functions
  • Ensuring first line resolution SLA's are delivered
  • Ensuring compliance to various legislative practices e.g POPIA

Requirements:


  • Matric/Grade 1
  • Min of 1 year in customer service /query management function
  • Experience working in a customer service call centre environment, HR and data processing
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, Systems and its functionality
  • 1 Year experience in shared services (advantageous)
