    Description

    Choonara Orthodontics is seeking an experienced accounts specialist to join our team. As an accounts clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our practice.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of financial systems. Key responsibilities include:

    • Reconciling accounts and managing cash flow
    • Receiving and allocating payments
    • Preparing management reports and sending invoices/statements
    • Knowledge of ICD10 codes and submitting medical aid claims

    Additionally, you will be required to discuss accounts directly with patients and ensure accurate record-keeping. If you have experience with Solumed Pro software, it would be advantageous but not necessary.

    We offer a competitive salary and additional perks including paid leave and annual bonus. Our office is based in Northcliff, Johannesburg.
