Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • Operating and managing busy switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as required.
  • Receiving visitors and deliveries
  • Handling access control
  • Assisting with dispatch requirements where applicable
  • Maintaining a welcoming reception area at all times
  • General administration working with a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed when required.
  • Highly efficient multitasker
  • Able to handle working under pressure
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent time management
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Matric/Grade12/NQF Level 4 qualification or higher
- - years of relevant experience in an office environment

  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Wellpresented
  • Must be punctual with strong attendance
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
