    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster growth and conversion in the insurance sector.
    • Drive business development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, sales, and marketing, or insurance-specific qualifications. Experience in creating demand and converting opportunities is crucial.

    A minimum of 3 years' experience in selling commercial and personal lines insurance is required. The sales focus should be predominantly commercial (70%) with some emphasis on personal lines (30%).

    Sales to Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) is essential. Ability to prospect and work independently is vital. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary for this role.

    Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.
