Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of CliniMed Gauteng.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the entire staff, fostering a positive work environment, enforcing company core values, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring the clinic's ambience reflects our commitment to the health and dignity of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Lead and supervise the entire staff, including medical professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members.

Enforcement of Core Values:

• Uphold and enforce the core values of CliniMed Gauteng in all aspects of the clinic's operations.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, empathy, and dedication to patient care.

Customer Complaint Resolution:

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Space Management:

• Oversee the efficient utilization of clinic space, ensuring a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the layout for improved patient experience.

Ambience Creation:

• Work towards creating a positive and healthfocused ambiance in the clinic.
• Collaborate with interior design and maintenance teams to enhance the overall patient experience.

Experience in the Medical Space:


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
