    Description

    Sales Order Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage sales orders, quotes, job cards and invoicing.
    • Understand and tailor solutions to customer requirements.
    • Place and follow up on customer orders.
    • Monitor and address queries on quotations.
    • Handle complaints and provide resolutions.
    • Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane Technicians.
    • Coordinate with technical staff on projects.
    • Deliver exceptional service and build relationships.
    • Ensure equipment is certified and meets standards.
    • Inspection Reports - verify and capture inspection details.
    • Send required reports and correspondence on time.
    • Report risks and prioritise safety.
    • Adhere to safety policies and contribute to ISO45001.
    • Manage customer safety files and contractor packs.
    • Ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • SAMTRAC or equivalent / Certificate or Diploma
    • At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
    • A valid drivers license.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales Order Management role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. The salary for this position is $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
